Report reaching us from Film One Distribution reveals that Iretiola Doyle, a frequent feature on Tinsel, is the top actress that drove the biggest box office sales in 2016.

Here is the breakdown; Last year, she was featured in 3 out of the 15 Nollywood movies that maintained top spot in the box office. These films are The Wedding Party (N203,000,000), Dinner (N22,000,000) and The Arbitration (N17,000,000).

Actress Adesua Etomi followed her closely as she appeared in 3 out of the 15 movies: Couple of Days (N17,000,000), 'The Wedding Party' and 'The Arbitration'.

On a combined figure, Iretiola Doyle's appeared in three movies that posted a smashing N242,000,000 while Etomi was N240,000,000
